Shipping Policy
I currently ship to the United States only.
I ship all items through USPS services. You can choose from First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or Express Mail. First Class Mail is only available for packages under 13 oz and takes 3 days on average, Priority Mail is 2-3 days, Parcel Post is 2-9 days, and Express Mail is next day.
When you place your order by 5:00 PM PST I will ship it the next business day. If you place your order after 5:00 PM PST it will be considered placed on the follow business day.
Shipping charges are calculated using actual costs for shipping based on USPS rates. I charge you exactly what I pay for shipping. You can estimate your shipping cost by adding items to your cart, entering your zip code and clicking update cart. This will show you your shipping options.
I do not ship internationally. This is because the shipping costs you would have to pay are ridiculous. Try to find a vendor in your country.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days from the date you receive the package. I want you to be happy with your purchase and certainly wouldn’t expect you to pay for something that does not meet your expectations.
If you do choose to return your purchase, you will have to pay shipping to return it to me though. I cannot absorb the cost of return shipping like a big company (JFB is a one-man show). You will receive a full refund of the item purchase price as soon as you return the purchase to me.
To return an item, follow these instructions:
- Contact me with a brief message letting me know what you are returning and why.
- I will respond to you and let you know where to ship the items you are returning.
- Ship the items back to me.
- I will refund the purchase price of the items to the credit card you used to purchase.
